Graduate of Mankato State University in Minnesota. Over 45 years experience in sales and marketing. Tenured at Realtec, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, spent two years as national sales manager for Diamondhead Development, and ten years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Houston's Belin & Associates. After forming his own consulting firm, was highly successful in start-up and turn-around for more than 50 resort and recreational projects in seven states. He specializes in providing assistance in the marketing and sales of resident and resort communities to accelerate real estate sales. His experience includes developing comprehensive sales strategies, master planning, pricing and product mix as well as recruitment and training of sales employees. Gary was instrumental in the marketing of Plantation Lakes and Cypress River Plantation and involved in the development and marketing of Wild Wing Plantation and Hilton Head Lakes. Throughout his career Gary has been responsible for well over $1 Billion in real estate sales.
