Joe was instrumental in the marketing of Plantation Lakes and Cypress River Plantation and involved in the development and marketing of Wild Wing Plantation, each located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Gary Ingersoll, Managing Partner

Graduate of Mankato State University in Minnesota. Over 45 years experience in sales and marketing. Tenured at Realtec, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, spent two years as national sales manager for Diamondhead Development, and ten years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Houston's Belin & Associates. After forming his own consulting firm, was highly successful in start-up and turn-around for more than 50 resort and recreational projects in seven states. He specializes in providing assistance in the marketing and sales of resident and resort communities to accelerate real estate sales. His experience includes developing comprehensive sales strategies, master planning, pricing and product mix as well as recruitment and training of sales employees. Gary was instrumental in the marketing of Plantation Lakes and Cypress River Plantation and involved in the development and marketing of Wild Wing Plantation and Hilton Head Lakes. Throughout his career Gary has been responsible for well over $1 Billion in real estate sales.

Ralph Teal, Managing Partner

Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Over 20 years combined experience in real estate sales, homebuilding, land development and marketing. Operated and owned the largest private homebuilding company in South Carolina, sold to a public homebuilder in 1998. Manager for the largest division of a public building company that ranked as 12th largest homebuilder in the nation, building over 500 homes per year with gross sales in excess of $50M. Owned and operated ERA Callihan, Teal, Skelley & Associates, which was ranked 4th largest ERA Real Estate Company worldwide. Successfully started another homebuilding company which he sold to another public builder in 2004. Additionally, he has bought and sold thousands of residential properties. Ralph is currently involved in the development, sales and marketing of Plantation Lakes, Cypress River Plantation and Wild Wing Plantation, all located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Gilford Edwards, Managing Partner

Graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, in Virginia. A second generation builder/developer with over 30 years experience in real estate sales, homebuilding, and land development. Along with Ralph Teal, owned and operated the largest private homebuilding company in South Carolina. He also operated one of the largest divisions of a public homebuilding company ranked the 6th largest home6 builder in the nation. As many as 700 homes per year were constructed with a gross sales volume in excess of $175M annually. Retired after a successful tenure of over 18 years as Division President with Beazer Homes. Gilford is now actively involved in the construction, financing and development of Plantation Lakes and Wild Wing Plantation in the Myrtle Beach area and most recently, Hilton Head Lakes.

Keith attended The Citadel, Coastal Carolina University, and the University of South Carolina. A commercial developer and owner of Waccamaw Land & Timber Company, a commercial real estate firm formed in 1981. Specialized in marketing large timberland tracts throughout North and South America. Brokered timberland transactions totaling over one million acres in the past fifteen years. Sea Oaks, Sea Banks, and Sea Winds are oceanfront condominium commercial developments Keith has been involved with in the Myrtle Beach area. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for Carolina First Bank and has served as Chairman of the Visitors of the Coastal Carolina University Wall School of Business.
